Anchor US SaaS intermittent access issue

Resolved
Yesterday there were two separate incidents experienced on the web for US SaaS. Incident 1 was a downtime of 11 minutes and incident 2 was a downtime of 7 minutes whereas the web was not available. As you can see, they were quickly resolved manually and we are looking into improving the automated failover process. We kept this incident open throughout the next day to ensure success in our resolutions.

We are currently experiencing intermittent failures to access the Anchor website. The team is currently investigating the root cause.
