We will be undergoing scheduled maintenance to update the callback commands between our Anchor collaborative web editing servers and our Anchor application servers.
We will be performing these rolling updates to EU, CA, and US SaaS environments, as well as the EU, CA, and US environments hosted for private cloud usage.
We expect for these services available through our collaborative web editor to be down during the maintenance window and services will return once concluded. All other services should remain fully operational.
